BoltMate comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Email Boltmatepro@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.

Return Shipping

You cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund a return we do not receive.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.
